Gaziantep University Şahinbey Research and Application Hospital which adopts to be the address of trust in health as a core principle since the day it was opened, has increased its service quality every day and became the largest and most equipped hospital in the region serving the Southeast Anatolia Region.
Gaziantep University Faculty of Medicine opened with 9 faculty members without any technical and medical equipment and started to provide polyclinic services in the former tuberculosis hospital building in Kolejtepe in 1987. Today, it has a capacity of 1026 beds and continues to operate with 195 faculty members.
