PATIENT RIGHTS
The right to health is the ability of a person to demand from society or state to protect his/her health, to be treated if necessary, to wish to be recovered, and benefit from the opportunities provided by the community to continuously improve its health.
Our aim is to;
- To learn the opinions and thoughts of all patients and their relatives about our hospital
- To evaluate all reported opinions with the support of the relevant department managers in order to increase our service quality
- To inform the department and the patient who made the notification about the planning and the result after the evaluation
